Classes
We offer classes for children ages 5 and up, young adults, men and women.
Our program includes classes focused on self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu.
We offer summer camps for children and private events for businesses, churches, and other organizations.
Private lessons are available for adults and kids as well.

Little Disciples (Ages 5–10)
Best for children who need confidence, self-defense skills, and positive role models.
Our Little Disciples program is a curriculum focused on self-defense and bullying prevention. It's designed to help children become confident, capable, and respectful. Students learn verbal boundary setting, situational awareness, proportional responses, and practical Jiu-Jitsu skills while developing discipline, self-control, and resilience.
The goal is to empower children to stand up for themselves and others while growing into strong young leaders. Through Jiu-Jitsu and with God, your child will grow!
No experience is necessary.

Jr. Disciples (Ages 10–14)
Best for pre-teens and teens looking for leadership, self-defense, and athletic development.
Our Jr. Disciples program combines self-defense, sport Jiu-Jitsu, and character development to help young people develop into confident leaders both on and off the mats.
Students learn effective grappling skills, problem-solving under pressure, leadership, accountability, and perseverance.
Whether their goal is self-defense, competition, or personal growth, students are challenged to become stronger athletes, better teammates, and future leaders in their homes, schools, and communities.
No experience is necessary.

Adult Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 14+)
Best for beginners, parents, hobbyists, and competitors.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or preparing for competition, our adult program provides practical self-defense, challenging workouts, and a supportive team environment.
We welcome complete beginners and experienced athletes alike, meeting each student where they are in their journey.
Students train at their own pace while developing confidence, fitness, discipline, and real-world grappling skills in a community where people encourage one another, work hard, and pursue continual growth together.
No experience is necessary.

Private Lessons
We love working one-on-one and in small groups, as well as working with local churches and businesses looking to do seminars.
These are great options for students looking to get extra mat time or specialized lesson plans with individual growth in mind, and even a new member not yet ready to try a group class.
